Senior Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Credit Technology team within TP ICAP Technology Change Management. This role is critical in shaping, analysing and communicating business and operational requirements that support change across TP ICAP’s technology landscape. You will partner closely with stakeholders across multiple business units, helping ensure enhancements to systems and processes are well‑designed, strategically aligned, and delivered effectively.

Success in this role requires strong analytical capability, stakeholder influence, and the ability to lead cross‑functional delivery in a complex, fast‑paced and regulated environment. You will also act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while contributing to the ongoing evolution of TP ICAP’s Credit strategy.
