Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Senior Business Analyst
with deep domain expertise in General Insurance, specifically Motor Insurance.

The responsibilities of this role include:

● Lead the requirements-gathering process for insurance products, with a primary

focus on Motor and General Insurance.

● Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives, project scope, and

functional needs.

● Analyze and document comprehensive business requirements, functional

specifications, user stories, and process flows.

● Assess and optimize business processes across underwriting, claims management,

policy administration, and customer onboarding.

● Define data requirements, including data models, sources, and integration needs and communicate them effectively to development and QA teams.

● Perform gap analysis and impact assessments between new initiatives and existing

systems.
