About the Role
Reporting to the Director of IT, this Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in improving business processes and ensuring systems enable efficient customer onboarding, order processing, distribution, and sales support across NZ and US operations.
You will partner closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver practical, scalable solutions. A strong emphasis is placed on process mapping, documentation, training, and user adoption, ensuring changes are well understood and embedded.
