Senior business analyst

We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager with strong experience in Sales processes, particularly Direct Delivery and Field Sales within the Consumer Goods industry.

Responsibilities
Business Analysis Lead requirements gathering workshops with Sales, Field Operations, and Commercial teams. Analyze current Direct Delivery / Field Sales processes and identify optimization opportunities. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Ensure alignment between regional business requirements and global standards.
Project Management Lead end-to-end project delivery (scope, timeline). Manage cross-functional teams including IT, Sales Operations, and external vendors. Drive change management and user adoption initiatives.
