Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join a leading courier and logistics client located in Mississauga. This is a hybrid role and requires 2-3 days/week on site.
Our client is undertaking a major transformation of its Online Shipping Channel (E‑Ship Online – ESO) as part of its broader Shipping Channels modernization program. The Senior Business Analyst plays a critical role in enabling this transformation by translating customer, business, and operational needs into clear, actionable requirements that support a unified, API‑first, scalable shipping platform across Retail, SMB, Enterprise, and Internal users.
This is a senior, delivery‑embedded role requiring strong analytical leadership, deep understanding of digital channel transformation, and the ability to work effectively across Product, Architecture, Engineering, QA, Commercial, and Operations teams.
