Job Description

  1. RESPONSIBILITY

  2. Understand customer business processes, needs, and requirements.

  3. Analyse the requirements from customers in the business view and the end-user view.
  4. Ensure business requirements are fully understood by development and provide input to design and product specifications.
  5. Document functional and business requirements.
  6. Create wireframes, activity diagrams, and system process flow.
  7. Track all change requests from customers. Manage all requirements, specifications, and change requests of the project.
  8. Work with the development team to go over the specifications, Q&A, consult the solutions or figure out the problems.

  9. Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

  10. REQUIREMENTS

  11. At least 2 years ++ in Business Analysis position

  12. Advance using Microsoft Visio, Prototyping, Wireframe & use case tools
