Senior Business Analyst - Payments Domain

Overview

The Development Lead is responsible for driving the technology strategy, delivery, and evolution of the SCPAY payments application, working closely with business, product, and technology stakeholders across global markets. Owns end-to-end technology delivery for payments-related initiatives, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, reliable, and aligned to business strategy. Proven experience analyzing end-to-end payment flows across card schemes, ACH, SWIFT, or real-time payment rails. Payment domain knowledge is mandatory, with experience documenting and validating business requirements through use cases, process maps, and user stories.
