Job Summary

Senior Business Analyst to support the development and implementation of a new Counter‑Uncrewed Aerial Systems (C‑UAS) capability for the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF). This high‑impact role supports the new capability development, shaping operational and technical requirements, and analyzing business cases and processes in accordance with DND practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the identification and documentation of business needs, business rules, governance, and capability coordination through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure operational requirements, use cases, user needs, constraints, and capability benefits are documented.
