Job Description

                    Job Description  Business Requirements & Analysis  Engage Business Heads and Business representatives to gather, analyse, and document business requirements 
Conduct workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs to understand current and future-state processes 
Translate business needs into Functional Specification/User Stories/Process and data flows 
Ensure requirements are clear, structured, testable, and aligned with business objectives 
 Stakeholder and Vendor Management  Serve as a primary liaison between Business stakeholders, vendor and IT team 
Facilitate discussions to resolve requirement gaps, ambiguities and conflicts 
Ensure vendor solutions are aligned with business needs and technical constraints 
Support governance processes such as requirement sign‐off, change requirement evaluation, and impact assessment 
 Solution Design and Implementation Support
