Senior Business Analyst

Role Overview
The LoanIQ Business Analyst acts as a subject matter expert (SME) for LoanIQ, bridging business requirements and technical implementation. This role focuses on analyzing, documenting, and optimizing processes related to commercial lending and LoanIQ functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
Engage with stakeholders to capture business requirements for LoanIQ enhancements or new implementations.
Document functional and non-functional requirements, BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
System Expertise
Act as the LoanIQ expert ensuring system functionality aligns with business needs.
Configure LoanIQ tables, deal setup, accruals, fees, payments, and general ledger accounting.
Support LoanIQ migrations and upgrade projects.
Process Improvement
Identify and implement process optimizations within LoanIQ.
Drive prioritization of LoanIQ feature development and backlog management.
