Senior Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Telecommunications and Network Operations Center (NOC) environments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business and technical teams, driving requirement clarity, and ensuring high-quality documentation and delivery across mission-critical telco initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate complex operational workflows into clear user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and process maps.
• Maintain high-quality project documentation including SOPs, runbooks, workflows, and knowledge repositories.
• Support transformation initiatives across network monitoring, incident management, service assurance, and automation.
• Work closely with NOC teams to understand real-time operations, SLAs, and escalation models.
