Senior Business Analyst

The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting a large-scale Warehouse Management System (WMS) initiative by analyzing business processes across retail and supply chain operations. This individual will plan and strategize the Business Analysis approach, work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. They will collaborate with technical teams to drive delivery, manage User Acceptance Testing, and ensure business readiness for change.

Responsibilities

• Plan and strategize the overall Business Analysis approach across the project
