Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled BIAN Business Analyst to join our team and drive the design, analysis, and optimization of business processes within the BIAN framework. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in BIAN Service Domains, Behavior Qualifiers, and Control Records, with the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and design BIAN Service Domain interactions and workflows.
Conduct process modeling, data mapping, and business object modeling to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
Develop and maintain logical data models to support system integration and business requirements.
Facilitate and lead workshops with senior stakeholders to identify gaps, gather requirements, and propose solutions.
Create and refine business capability models to support organizational strategy.
