Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and identity verification solutions, ensuring alignment between business needs, security controls, and technical implementation.

Translate IAM‑related business requirements into clear functional specifications, including authentication, authorization, identity proofing, and access lifecycle management.

Employ a wide range of business analysis methods, tools and techniques such as business functional modelling, business event modelling, and business process mapping.
