Senior Business Analyst

Job Overview

This role is part of a forward‑looking team tasked with progressing a digital transformation that will enable OMERS Capital Markets businesses and supporting functions to deliver on our pension promise. The Senior Business Analyst will report to the Manager, Portfolio Servicing Platform and support a variety of change initiatives for mission‑critical investment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in both Agile and Waterfall projects related to the Portfolio Servicing Platform, including Trade Processing, Pricing/Valuations, Asset Servicing, Derivatives Servicing, and Investment Accounting processes upgrades, enhancements, system integrations, and process improvements.
• Assist the Platform Owner in managing the product backlog, roadmap, prioritization of work, and resource allocation for initiatives.
