Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for collecting customer requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, and managing best practices. They will understand the effects of technology used within the development and the impact on the business client. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for customer expectation management, reviewing UI/UX designs, creating and reviewing specifications, and analyzing business processes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT projects, experience with WEB solution design, a good understanding of the Agile framework, and excellent communication skills.
