Senior Business Analyst

About the Role

FISPAN is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to own Payments & Bank Connectivity for multiple dedicated bank partners. This is a senior, product‑adjacent role with end‑to‑end ownership – from commercial and technical onboarding, through scoping and engineering delivery, to certification, go‑live and post‑launch activities. You’ll be the primary liaison between bank partners and FISPAN’s Engineering, QA, PMO and Support teams, and you’ll influence the platform strategy for scaling safe, reusable connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as FISPAN’s single technical/business lead for assigned bank partners.
• Translate commercial commitments and bank requirements into detailed scoping documents, data mappings, transformation rules, interface diagrams, and E2E test plans.
