Responsibilities
Analyze the operating model, identify required system changes, and proactively challenge the status quo by proposing innovative and efficient solutions. 
Align business requirements with technology capabilities, ensuring consensus and seamless implementation of project deliverables. 
Prepare clear and structured documentation, including operating models, business requirements, and process descriptions. 
Develop project plans, assess resource needs, and define timelines to ensure successful delivery within agreed schedules. 
Conduct testing of new system functionalities in UAT environments and support Production Validation Testing to secure stable releases.
