Job Description
NOTE- This is a remote role that will require working during night shift hours.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Analysis and Strategy: 60%
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Design and analyze business processes and recommend improvements to optimize operational
performance.
- Identify deficiencies in business/data processes, data quality, usability or accuracy.
- Perform impact analysis and “what if” assessments for systems enhancements.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers to define and implement customizations, workflows, and automation within Salesforce.
- Document all system-related processes and flows.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data solutions.
