Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in solution and business architecture, with proven leadership in business transformation and modernization.
• Experience in insurance or finance environments
• Experience designing and implementing business and operating models in complex organizational environments.
• Excellent understanding of various enterprise tools (ERP, CRM, WHS, HCM, MES) and Cloud Technologies with a particular focus on MS Azure.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading and supporting organizational change initiatives.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and experience contributing to the evolution of enterprise architecture strategy.
• Strong analytical skills to assess strategic implications, impacts, and risks of business decisions.

Certifications (Preferred or Advantageous)
