Research and understand the features and functionalities of Oracle NetSuite products in order to introduce and consult customers.
Plan and prepare reports and documents presenting solutions, implementation costs, service quality, and other evaluation criteria.
Work and interact with customers to collect information about their needs and requirements, provide appropriate solutions, and advise on the company's products and services.
Advise and answer customers' questions about the company's products and services.
Participate in the negotiation process and persuade customers about the Oracle NetSuite ERP solution and provide technical support to the sales team.
Support the implementation team during the ERP project implementation, including providing solutions, proposing improvements, and monitoring the implementation process.
