About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Continuity Manager to join RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the review, maintenance, and execution of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans across the Group. You will work closely with business units and internal stakeholders to ensure critical operations remain resilient and fully compliant with regulatory requirements.
What you will be doing
Business Continuity Maintenance
Assist business units in developing, reviewing, and updating Business Continuity (BC) plans, procedures, and related documentation to ensure readiness during incidents or crises.
Support business units in identifying critical business functions and developing appropriate recovery and continuity strategies.
