Senior Business Developer in Medical Billing

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to identify, contact, and onboard new healthcare providers (clinics, group practices, solo physicians) for our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, healthcare knowledge, and the ability to build lasting relationships with doctors and practice managers.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and reach out to physicians, clinics, and medical practices via calls, emails, LinkedIn, or visits.
Present company RCM solutions and demonstrate how our services improve revenue and efficiency.
Conduct discovery calls to understand the client's billing workflow and pain points.
Coordinate with the internal team to prepare customized proposals and pricing.
Schedule and participate in Zoom presentations or demos with potential clients.
