**DESCRIPTION**:The Senior Business Development for Amazon Connect in LATAM is responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and market adoption of Amazon Connect across the Latin American region.This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to build and scale the Amazon Connect business through partner ecosystems, field sales enablement, and customer engagement.Key job responsibilities- Drive revenue growth and customer adoption of Amazon Connect across LATAM markets (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Peru, etc.)- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with vertical sales teams, solution architects, and partner organizations- Build and manage strategic partnerships with system integrators, ISVs, and technology partners to accelerate Amazon Connect adoption- Enable field sales teams and partners through training, sales plays, and vertical-specific solutions- Establish business and technical relationships with C-level executives and line-o...
