Job Description

  • 4+ years of experience in IT services sales / Upwork bidding / B2B sales.
  • Identify, qualify, and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms.
  • Craft compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Maintain high response rates and improve bid-to-conversion ratio.
  • Handle client communication, requirement gathering, and negotiation.
  • Close deals and ensure smooth project handover to the delivery team.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, networking, and other channels.
  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Proven track record of successful deal closures.
  • Strong understanding of web, mobile, SaaS, or digital solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and strategic thinker.
