Job Description
- 4+ years of experience in IT services sales / Upwork bidding / B2B sales.
- Identify, qualify, and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms.
- Craft compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain high response rates and improve bid-to-conversion ratio.
- Handle client communication, requirement gathering, and negotiation.
- Close deals and ensure smooth project handover to the delivery team.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, networking, and other channels.
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Proven track record of successful deal closures.
- Strong understanding of web, mobile, SaaS, or digital solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and strategic thinker.
