Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Senior Business Development Executive with prior experience in large Overseas Employment Promoters (OEPs) / manpower export companies. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in generating foreign job orders, particularly from GCC markets (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, etc.), and managing employer relationships independently.

Candidates with experience in reputed manpower export companies such as Delta International Recruitment Agency, Allied Services International, Khawaja Manpower, Descon Engineering (manpower/export division) or similar large OEPs will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and secure foreign job orders from overseas clients (especially Saudi Arabia & Kuwait).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international employers.
