Salary: $150k-$170k base + super + commission

Hybrid – 3 days in office

Salt is partnering with an established membership-based software business to hire for a Business Development Manager to drive pipeline generation and close new B2B partnerships and deals across Australia.

This role focuses on securing new logos and winning new partnerships with membership organisations. You’ll own the full sales process from cold outreach through to close, before handing over to a dedicated Customer Success function for on-boarding.
