Senior Business Development Manager

This role is highly execution-driven, focused on trading volume growth, liquidity onboarding, and key relationship management across the crypto ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute business development strategy to drive trading volume and liquidity growth
• Manage and expand relationships with market makers, funds, HFT firms, copy traders, high-volume VIPs, and projects with potential collaboration needs
• Own and drive liquidity onboarding , including MM integration and ongoing relationship management
• Work closely with product and technical teams to support partner integrations
• (CEX futures and DEX differ technically, but strong understanding of one side and integration details is required)
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and summits
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on BD progress and results
