Job Description

  Responsibilities:  
 Assist the Team Leader in agency engagement activities, communication efforts, event coordination, training, recruitment, and other ad hoc tasks as required
 Develop and implement KPI-specific business plans to achieve organizational objectives
 Execute corporate business initiatives and provide comprehensive support to enhance agency operations
 Conduct analysis of business data to inform and shape effective business strategies
 Deliver prompt, accurate, and comprehensive operational support for the district, including handling inquiries and appeals, as well as creating presentation materials for district visits
 Actively participate in events and KPI-related projects assigned by the immediate manager to bolster agency business development
 Undertake additional responsibilities and duties as periodically assigned by the immediate manager to meet evolving business needs
