Job Description
OVERVIEW
The Business Development Representative (BDR) executes the client staff's Permission to Market outbound strategy—an approach focused on earning permission, delivering value, and building long-term relationships, not high-pressure selling.
Your goal is to create meaningful conversations with Warehouse Managers, National Warehouse Managers, and Operations Managers across the Retail, Logistics, Warehousing, Wholesale, and Industrial sectors.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute the Two-Call Outbound Framework
Call 1: Permission Call
- Use pattern-break opener to earn attention
- Offer relevant value asset
- Secure permission to send content and follow up
Call 2: Value + Intelligence Call
- Confirm content engagement
- Set upfront contract for honest discussion
- Gather market intelligence (providers, satisfaction, pain points, trigger events)
- Log all intelligence in HubSpot
