The Senior Business Development Specialist is responsible for closing complex, high-value deals while contributing to the overall performance of the BD team. This role requires strong commercial judgment, the ability to navigate longer sales cycles, and a willingness to share feedback and insights with the team.
Senior Specialists are expected to operate with more autonomy, handle more challenging deals, and help raise the bar for the team.
Requirements
2 to 4 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
Fintech or B2B services background is a plus.
Fluent in Arabic and English (required).
Strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills.
Comfortable operating with autonomy and minimal oversight.
High energy, competitive, and results-driven.
