 In this role you will: Work closely with portfolio managers, traders, compliance, operations and support teams to enhance system functionalities within Charles River.

Collaborate with IT and vendors on system enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting issues.

Capturing and lead the functional requirements in the form of user stories

Maintain and communicate application changes and issues to key stakeholders

Support the customization and ongoing maintenance of Charles River to align with business needs.

Analyze trade workflows, compliance rules, and operational processes to identify areas for efficiency improvements.

Generate reports and insights to support decision-making and regulatory compliance.
