Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst Payments Location: Toronto, ON Work Model: Hybrid (2 days/week onsite) Experience: 10+ Years Required Skills Strong Business Analysis experience including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, workshops, and project discussions. Deep knowledge of payment systems and networks: Mastercard, Interac, Visa, Cirrus, TSYS. Understanding of payment transaction lifecycle, including authorization, posting, and reconciliation. Experience with JIRA for requirements, issue tracking, and delivery management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and support strategic initiatives. Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder analysis, and business process assessments.
