Senior Business Systems Analyst

Sr. Business Systems Analysts are a primary interface between technology teams and business partners. They are responsible for understanding current and future processes, and where applicable, including processes for the entire enterprise. They gather and document business needs and requirements, and assist with generating project business cases. They also provide guidance to stakeholders on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieve the desired business outcomes.

Reporting to the Operations Director, Business Technology, the individual will be working in the Markel Canada Biz Tech team and primarily support enhancement initiatives for the Core Policy Administration System and Application Systems regional to Canada.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with cross functional teams across the whole of the business and to work with external system providers.
