Prepare and issue the RFQ for logistic arrangement Evaluate the logistic cost and negotiate to meet budget and adjust reasonable price for win-win. Coordinate the shipping arrangement in different shipment modes, including heavy lift and oversized cargo. Coordinate the customs clearance for both import and export. Perform the pre-shipment meeting for critical items. Assist with buyers / service department to prepare quotations for logistic cost. Coordinate with site member on the cargo receiving status. Coordinate the payment. Maintain and develop good relationship with forwarders, carriers and service providers. Implement the expediting and logistic procedures. Support to the Buyers
