Senior CAD Engineer

I am recruiting an experienced Senior CAD Engineer to join my client's expanding team in either Lisbon, Portugal, or Barcelona, Spain.

As a Senior CAD Engineer, you will play a crucial role in advancing their digital design methodology, with a focus on supporting and evaluating EDA tools, establishing, and maintaining design flows, and implementing various scripts. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in digital design flow, coupled with proficient programming skills.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Develop design flows to facilitate SoC designs across diverse semiconductor technologies.

Assess and optimise digital design tools for both existing and novel design flows.

Create, enhance, and manage scripts and utilities to streamline design processes.

Provide ongoing maintenance and support for EDA tools, actively troubleshooting any issues.
