Senior CAD Technician - UK Roads / Drainage

Responsibilities

+ You will be expected to play a proactive part in the design process and to be active on several projects at any given time.
+ You will be using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, NavisWorks and other engineering software for the production and development of drawings.
+ You will read and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures for Health and Safety including the H&S Policy, H&S Manual, and Local Procedures Manual.
+ Prepare models maintaining GG184 and uniclass layer standards.
+ Establish the link between multi-discipline drawings to understand the dependency and impact.
+ Perform peer checks and reviews of drawings

Mandatory Skills

+ Ability to utilise AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation and OpenRoads in adherence to defined CAD standards to develop layouts, labelling, dimensioning, sheet layout, design details and other appropriate design concepts.
