Senior Campaign Manager

About the Role War Room Inc. is looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to join our Performance team. In this role, you will develop, implement, and oversee advertising and digital marketing strategies for our clients. You will be responsible for campaign planning, execution, monitoring, and post-campaign analysis, while ensuring client objectives are met and exceeded.

This position requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on expertise in managing complex, omnichannel campaigns. You will collaborate with Account Managers, Data Analysts, and Optimization Specialists to deliver high‑impact results, mentor junior staff, and contribute to War Room’s reputation as a leader in programmatic advertising.

Please note that this is a hybrid role that requires 3 days a week in the office with the first 3 months of onboarding fully in the office. We are located at 210 W Broadway, Vancouver and our office hours are 9-5 pm.
