This is your opportunity to join a leading Global Mobility team as Senior Immigration Advisor (Canada). You will join a Canadian Immigration team of two (Advisor & Sr. Advisor), and report to a Senior Manager.

Job Details

Location: Toronto – 200 Bay Street (3-4 days/week on site required)

Employment Type: Full time, Contract (12 months), Salaried, Fixed Term

Work hours/week: 37.5

Responsibilities

• Monitor, audit, and ensure temporary foreign worker compliance;
• Complete immigration assessments for new joining TFWs, including but not limited to those on open work permits, recent graduates, student programs, sponsored work permits, or work with counsel to outsource as needed;
• Act as the internal subject matter expert (SME) and primary liaison for guidance associated with RBC’s Immigration Policy on employment of Temporary Foreign Workers (TFW) in Canada;
