Senior Care Support Specialist

Vanguard Healthcare PTE. LTD. is seeking a Community Care Associate for the Senja Care Home in Singapore. In this role, you will assist the Senior/Staff Nurse in delivering optimal healthcare services to clients based on defined care models.

Your responsibilities will include attending to basic nursing needs, conducting activities, and ensuring the safety and well-being of clients. Applicants should have at least GCE N level, good communication skills, and preferably a year of relevant experience.
