Senior Carrier Accounts Payable Representative

C.H. Robinson is hiring a **Senior Carrier Accounts Payable Representative.** In this role, you will work directly with our partners and take incoming calls from C.H. Robinson partners, as assigned. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while leveraging strong communication and critical thinking skills to resolve open direct payables questions. You will use your systems knowledge to navigate C.H. Robinson’s core systems with ease and educate partners and branch representatives on best practices to ensure timely payment releases.



This position requires the ability to work well under pressure, manage deadlines within specific timeframes, and operate in a fast-paced, highly transactional environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and compliance.
