Senior Casualty Claims Adjuster

The SeniorCasulaty claims adjuster is primarily responsible for handling minor to complex casualty claims, including residential and commercial liability, bodily injury and property damage losses, auto bodily injury, and products-completed operations hazards.

The role involves providing excellent customer service throughout the process, including proper investigation of the loss, evaluation of coverage, negotiation of the claim, and its ultimate settlement within the parameters of the policy wording, while adhering to the standards and guidelines set forth in the Claims Manual.

The adjuster will also provide direction to independent adjusters and lawyers, as required, throughout the claims process.
