A Construction Compliance (CDM & Building Regulation) Consultancy, are now seeking a Senior CDM Principal Designer to be involved in a variety of sporting and entertainment schemes, including Premier league football grounds.

The Role

The successful Senior CDM Principal Designer will be involved in leading on limiting major and all CDM related risk during the design stages. The role will require clear communication to ensure handover to Principal Contractor is as effective as possible.
