• 7–10+ years of enterprise Linux system administration
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 7/8/9)
• Experience operating in large-scale, production, mission-critical environments

Operating Systems & Core Linux Expertise

• Advanced administration of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
• Kernel tuning, performance optimization, and troubleshooting
• System boot process (GRUB2, systemd) configuration and recovery
• Filesystem management (XFS, ext4, LVM, multipath)
• User, group, and permission management (ACLs, sudo, PAM)
• Package management using YUM/DNF and RPM

Networking

• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NTP, HTTP/HTTPS fundamentals
• Network configuration and troubleshooting (nmcli, iproute2)
