Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Certified Rubrik Backup Engineer with strong IBM Spectrum Protect (TSM) experience to design, implement, migrate, and support enterprise-grade backup and recovery environments. The role will focus on modernising legacy data protection platforms and ensuring highly resilient, secure, and compliant backup operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Rubrik Cloud Data Management solutions
Administer and optimise IBM Spectrum Protect (TSM) environments
Lead migrations from Spectrum Protect to Rubrik
Design SLA-based backup policies aligned to RPO/RTO
Execute complex restores and disaster recovery testing
Implement ransomware recovery and immutable backup strategies
Integrate Rubrik with VMware, databases, NAS...
