About the Role
We are a fast-growing DME company specializing in Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) for Medicare patients. We are bringing our billing operations fully in-house and are looking for a Senior CGM Billing & Appeals Specialist to own the most complex and high-impact part of our revenue cycle.
This is not a generic medical billing role. You must have hands-on CGM billing experience, deep familiarity with Medicare Part B, and the ability to win appeals, not just work queues.
You will work closely with our Billing Operations Manager (20+ years DME experience) to define CGM billing standards, resolve denials, and train the billing team.
Key Responsibilities
CGM Billing & Appeals
- Manage complex CGM Medicare denials and appeals
Write and submit first- and second-level appeals
Analyze denial root causes and implement corrective action
Work AR >30 and >60 day balances for CGM claims - Interface with Medicare MACs ...
