This role is accountable for ensuring organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and sustained adoption of strategic initiatives in dynamic, fast-moving environments.

Serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, the Senior Change Manager translates strategy into actionable change plans, anticipates organizational risk, and drives clarity through ambiguity. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, executive-level communication skills, and a proven ability to partner across highly matrixed organizations to enable successful, lasting change.
