Senior Change Manager - Wealth / Investment Management

We are partnering exclusively with a growing financial services group who are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager for a 12 month fixed term assignment to lead complex, high-impact change across a growing wealth management, superannuation and investment manager. This is a key role for an established change professional who can operate strategically and deliver hands-on outcomes in a fast-paced, highly regulated business.
 
Reporting to the Head of Change Management, you will lead end-to-end change management for major programs and enterprise-wide initiatives, partnering closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive successful delivery, seamless adoption and measurable business outcomes. You will also support continuous improvement and capability uplift of the broader change and project management function.
