Senior Charge Nurse – Intensive Care Unit
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Charge Nurse within our Intensive Care Unit at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy. The position will allow the successful candidate to join our existing established and highly motivated team of experienced Critical Care nurses to lead our service.
We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about implementing change and can motivate and generate ideas. Extensive clinical and leadership experience within Critical Care is vital for this role. As a Senior Charge Nurse, you will be instrumental in the day‑to‑day running of the unit and the service, and will lead a team to manage service improvement projects to raise quality and safety standards of patient care. You will also work closely with our existing team of committed and motivated Critical Care Senior Charge Nurses, Clinical Nurse Educator and Advanced Nurse Practitioners.
