Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Malaysian dishes to a high standard
• Manage daily kitchen operations and supervise kitchen staff
• Plan menus for buffet and alacart offerings
• Develop new menu items and improve existing recipes
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service
• Handle customer feedback and address complaints professionally
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety compliance
• Manage inventory, ingredient ordering, and cost control
• Assist with budgeting and minimize food wastage

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chef, preferably in Malaysian cuisine
• Experience in kitchen management and team supervision
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian cooking techniques and ingredients
